Associate Degree in Nursing Application Form

The LPN to RN Bridge program admits students at the Technical Center in Atchison, Kansas twice a year—during the Fall semester (August) and the Spring semester (January).

• Students starting in Fall will complete the program in May.
• Students starting in Spring will complete the program in December.
  
  

Application materials—including the Nursing Program Application, test results, transcripts, and other required documents—are due by:

• May 1 for Fall semester admission
• October 1 for Spring semester admission
  
  

There are 45 seats available annually.
