Highland Community College will host two exciting volleyball events Sunday, Nov. 16, at Ben Allen Field House in Highland, Kansas. Fans will have the opportunity to see some of the region’s best athletes compete in back-to-back all-star matches.
The action begins at 2 p.m. with the 4-State All-Star Volleyball Game, featuring top volleyball players from across Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. This showcase highlights the skill, dedication, and teamwork that make these athletes stand out across the region.
Athletes selected to play in the 4-State match include: Emma Hyde, Auburn High School (NE); Daynica Euwer, Halstead High School (KS); Jadence Stewart, Greeley County High School (KS); Jocelyn O'Neal, Red Oak High School (IA); Bella Ah-Mu, Kearney High School (MO); Emersyn Prososki and Gracie Conkling, Osceola High School (NE); Eliana Arambula, Benton High School (MO); Elie Bstandig, Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer High School (NE); Annie Backemeyer, Elmwood Murdock High School (NE); Miranda Rieger, Mound City High School (MO); Maggie Fiene, Conestoga High School (NE); Daycee Witt, Falls City Sacred Heart High School (NE); Katelyn Allison, Riley County High School (KS); Lilly Lemesany, Haxtun High School (CO); Jordin Price and Lillah Shue, Excelsior Springs High School (MO); Arlivia White Williamson, Raytown High School (MO); Shayla Puhalla, Pawnee City High School (NE); Kaylynn Engnes, East Buchanan High School (MO); Calee Belding, Southern High School (NE); Rylee Hicklin, Odessa High School (MO). They’ll be coached by Kara Engles and Angie Bowers from Auburn High School (NE); and Emma Ebel, Paige Vitosh and Abby Shubert from Falls City Sacred Heart High School (NE).
Following at 4 p.m., the Northeast Kansas (NEK) All-Star Game will spotlight outstanding volleyball talent from Highland’s nine-county service area. These players represent the strength of local programs and the high level of competition found in Northeast Kansas.
