- In order for students to recieve their books and housing keys, payment must be made in full using financial aid, scholarships, payment, and/or by setting up a payment plan.
- To check the status of your balance, log into your MyHCC account. You will need to check your balance ahead of time to ensure payment and ease through the check-in process.
- Contact financial aid if you have questions.
Move-In Day
Start by checking in at the Waters Wellness Center.
Students may not check into housing early.
There is a mandatory Housing Orientation for all students living in Highland campus housing.
After Move-In
Students should inspect their apartment upon move-in and report any issues to Housing immediately.
An Apartment Conditions and Inventory Report must be completed within seven days. To get a copy of the form, call 785-442-6071 or email housing@highlandcc.edu.
After seven days, students will be charged for any damages discovered by HCC housing staff during any semester, at the time of check-out, or during housing inspections when semesters are out of session.
